SEARCH THE FAQS

Are you accredited?+
We deliver accredited learning within verified scopes — ours or those of formally contracted accredited partners — aligned to LGSETA and AgriSETA, while our QCTO application is in progress. Every accreditation claim is documented, and confirmation letters are supplied on request so you can verify the current position before committing.
What does "delivery through accredited partners" mean?+
Where a programme falls outside our own verified scope, it is delivered under the accreditation of a partner provider with whom we hold a formal, written agreement. The partner's accreditation covers the learning; Techcraft carries coordination and accountability. You see the partnership in writing before the programme starts.
When will your QCTO accreditation be granted?+
The application is in progress and timelines sit with the QCTO. We publish updates on the News page and will never market occupational programmes under our own name until accreditation is granted.
Where do you deliver?+
Our first priority is the North West Province and adjacent markets, where we're building a credible delivery record before expanding. If you're further afield, still enquire — coordination through partners may be possible where it can be done properly.
Can you deliver on our premises?+
Yes — workplace and community venues are often the best place to learn, provided the facilities meet the programme's requirements. Venue suitability is checked during mobilisation, and we can arrange alternatives where needed.
How do you assure quality?+
Through a six-step delivery discipline — Discover, Design, Mobilise, Deliver, Assure, Report — with registered practitioners, moderated evidence and reconciled records at close-out. See how we deliver.
How is pricing determined?+
Per assignment. Price follows verified scope: the programme, learner numbers, duration, venue, travel and administration load. You receive a costed proposal — appropriately resourced, with no padding and no surprises mid-programme.
Can training be funded through SETA grants?+
Often, yes — discretionary grants, learnership funding and employer skills-development spend can all apply depending on the programme and your SETA. We help you structure the enquiry so funding rules are respected from the start.
Does training count towards B-BBEE skills development?+
Qualifying programmes can contribute to your skills-development element. As a 100% black-owned, Level 1 B-BBEE company, procurement from Techcraft may also support your scorecard — confirm specifics with your verification agency.
How does an engagement start?+
With a conversation about outcomes: what your people need to do better. We then confirm scope, capacity and demand, and respond with a practical proposal. Start via the contact form, phone, email or WhatsApp.
Why should we trust you?+
Fair question, and we answer it with structure rather than slogans: experienced leadership, formally contracted partners, verifiable claims, disciplined delivery and evidence that stands up to review. We intend to earn trust assignment by assignment — and we'd rather under-promise than let you down.
How do I get your company profile or certificates?+
Request them via the contact form or email info@techcraftskills.co.za — documents are supplied on request so you always receive current, verifiable versions.
